MyTestament is a personal devotional project and an attempt to interpret the scriptures for today. I don’t claim divine inspiration, but I am inspired by the passion and sacrifice of the early Christians, captured in their letters to one another. The authors of the scriptures weren’t holier-than-thou. They poured heart and soul into the things they were writing. These ancient works reflect the passion of the early followers of Jesus - a passion that is sometimes lost in the sterile, clean translations we read today.
